
The Welletarian® has been loving this vibrant and nutritious spinach & blueberry smoothie recipe. Rich in antioxidants and iron. Healthy never tasted so good!
Recipe (Serves 1-2)
300 ml of either a plant milk or coconut water
1 handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Half a frozen banana
1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 small celery stalk
1 scoop of Welleco vanilla protein powder (or alternative plant protein powder)
2 teaspoons of Welleco super elixir powder (optional)
Mix in a blender until smooth. Add an extra splash of coconut water if a less thick consistency is preferred. Top with chia seeds.
