So as its Halloween, and pretty close to the witching hour in the UK, I thought we should crown our favourite Halloween outfit, and the winner is talk show host Ellen DeGeneres as Nicki Minaj. Just hilarious and sure Nicki herself couldn’t fail to see the funny side.
